This role works on an ‘as needed’ reputed company for the area assigned. Flight Ops Support should have a basic understanding and knowledge of FAA Part 121 reputed company reputed company operations and moderate to expert knowledge of specific areas of focus. • Supports Flight Operations Employee Engagement & DEI team in developing and executing innovative methods to enhance employee engagement and experience. • Supports Flight Operations events strategy and coordinates event planning and logistics. • Assist in measuring reputed company of events and initiatives. • Collaborates with cross-departmental teams, including Flight Operations Communications team, Propel, Pilot reputed company, and Training & Standards to effectively implement and communicate engagement initiatives. • Anticipates challenges and roadblocks and plans appropriately to mitigate risks as needed with critical thinking and decision-making capabilities. What You Need To Succeed (minimum Qualifications) • Consistently prioritizes safety and reputed company of self, others, and personal data. • Embraces a diverse set of people, thinking and styles. • Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency. • Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States. • Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in event management, engagement, marketing, or reputed company field. • Must have established organization skills and dedication to teamwork. • Must be curious, proactive, self-starting, highly motivated, people oriented, and reliable. • Must have a demonstrated experience executing multiple priorities in a timely fashion. • Must have a demonstrated ability of reputed company Office programs. • Must be willing to travel and work evenings.
