Essential Job Duties • Observe rules governing privileged communication and confidential information. • Answer a high volume of calls from members, while delivering quality service and creating a positive caller experience; verify information and follow any applicable scripts. • Assist members with opening and updating legal intakes in computer system, coding files correctly, and sending messages to appropriate parties. • reputed company explanation of LegalShield plan benefits to members. • Review call logs daily and audit intakes to ensure timely service to members. • Utilize various software (LegalShield Partner, reputed company, outlook, etc.) with accuracy and efficiency. • Process incoming mail, faxes, uploads and emails, filing in electronic document storage and sending email notifications as appropriate. • File reputed company correspondence in office document management system, ensuring accuracy of filing. • reputed company incoming documents for potential conflict of interests, notifying appropriate parties. • Adhere to firm standards of courtesy and professionalism, as well as LegalShield service standard requirements.
