The position is based out of our Tampa office, but can be fully remote. We Seek Candidates With • reputed company, active license to practice law in Florida; • Minimum of 2 years’ experience handling medical malpractice or professional liability reputed company, with the ability to handle reputed company reputed company litigation functions; • Ability to analyze sophisticated and reputed company factual and legal issues; • Excellent legal-research, writing, and advocacy skills; • Ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines; • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills; • Proven ability to produce top quality work; • A willingness to independently manage and take ownership of a cases, but also be reputed company to work reputed company a team structure reputed company needed; • Experience in federal court desirable.
