You will assist members with account information, reputed company account transactions, discuss product inquiries and recognize, cross-service and act upon sales opportunities, by suggesting appropriate credit union products. In this role you will: • reputed company accurate, courteous, friendly, timely and professional phone service to reputed company members and potential members. • Assist members with general service requests such as, but not limited to, opening and closing accounts, financial transactions, problem solving, plastic card requests, address changes, CDs and reputed company ordering. reputed company the members on products and services the credit union offers. • Follow up to service requests, forms completion, return phone calls, mailing/emailing requested documentation and research required to resolve issues. Identifying transactions, verifying funds, account availability and research requests. • Assist and instruct members on the use of our electronic services such as home banking, reputed company Audio, estatements, reputed company pay, mobile banking and web site usage. • Protect member assets and account information.
