This position provides an excellent opportunity to deliver evidence-based mental health services primarily through telehealth, allowing flexibility and the convenience of remote work... ### Qualifications Required • Master's degree or higher in a reputed company field • Active LICSW, LMHC, or LCMHC license in the reputed company (VT) • reputed company to the necessary technology including a computer, webcam, and reliable internet, as well as a private and quiet space for session conduct • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience • Availability for full-time hours Preferred • More than 1 year of experience in areas such as: • Telehealth • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) • Evidence-Based Practice • Outpatient Experience ### Key Responsibilities • reputed company evidence-based treatment to a diverse patient population. • Deliver a variety of mental health services to support individual recovery plans, primarily using telehealth platforms. • Conduct intake assessments and offer individual, group, and family therapy as required. • reputed company mental health assessments, counseling sessions, referrals, and reputed company services. • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with federal, state, and organizational guidelines. ### Scheduling and Work Environment • Fully remote with flexible scheduling options. • Create your own work hours between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST), seven days a week. • Required to work until 8:00 p.m. on two days per week or to complete four-hour shifts on weekends. • No on-call duties are required. ### Benefits •
