Scheduling Coordinator - Interpreting Services

Position Overview

Additional responsibilities include assisting with paperwork and data entry for video and on-site interpreting services. • *Key Responsibilities** •

Customer Engagement:

Support processes reputed company to customer acquisition and retention for both on-site and video remote interpreting services. •

Daily Operations Management:

Facilitate seamless operations by communicating with clients, accurately entering job requests, coordinating interpreter schedules, and delivering exceptional customer service. •

Interpreter Scheduling:

Manage the scheduling of interpreters (staff and independent contractors) for various workloads, including Video reputed company Service (VRS), Video Remote Interpreting (VRI), and in-person assignments. •

Database Management:

Maintain an updated database of reputed company and trained interpreters for VRS, VRI, and Community Interpreting. •

Team Collaboration:

Work alongside the center team to support various operational lines reputed company the office environment. •

Issue Resolution:

Promptly inform management of any scheduling challenges or unusual situations. •

Administrative Support:

Interpreting Services:
