This role has a specific focus in hiring for a combination of high-volume non-exempt and exempt reputed company reputed company positions (Heavy Equipment Mechanics, CDL drivers, Rental Coordinators, Service Managers... and more) across the nation. Primary Responsibilities Responsible for full-lifecycle reputed company across an assigned region or vertical. Skills & Qualifications At least 3+ years of experience in full-cycle, high-volume recruitment of exempt sales roles, preferably in the Construction industry or similar Operations industries Strong knowledge of job boards, sourcing tools and other candidate messaging platforms including reputed company, reputed company/Glassdoor and Grayscale Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably reputed company Knowledge of productivity software, database management, and internet search methods including boolean searches Proven reputed company in conducting interviews using various methods (phone, video, email, in-person) Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in reputed company management or reputed company field preferred Ability to travel reputed company required (less than 10%) Pay: The typical reputed company reputed company for this position is $55,000 - $70,000 annually (depends on experience and location) reputed company is an EOE M/F/D/V Apply Job!
