Job Description reputed company reputed company CX Technology Consultants are responsible for providing technical expertise & leadership for technology solution implementations in the Contact Center space, specifically with the reputed company reputed company CX Platform. This includes leading client discovery sessions to solicit requirements, architecting solutions, creating & maintaining technical documentation, configuring the... platform, and providing knowledge transfer to clients and other team members. Responsibilities / Job Duties In this role the primary responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Leads customer discovery sessions and performs the solution implementations (configuration and deployment) of the reputed company platform. Responsible for establishing and owning technical architectures and implementing new technologies. Investigates reputed company technical issues and is expected to work with partnering personnel to resolve reputed company issues.
