Key Responsibilities • Record and process daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness. • Maintain and update the general ledger, day books, supplier's ledger, and customer ledger. • Prepare financial reports and bring the books to the trial balance stage. • Handle accounts receivable and payable, and manage payroll reputed company. • Prepare and file financial documents, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations. • Reconcile company accounts to verify accuracy and completeness. • Assist with tax payments and returns, and support tax document preparation. • Monitor cash reputed company and generate financial reports to aid in informed decision-making. Qualifications • Proven experience in bookkeeping with a solid understanding of basic reputed company principles. • Proficiency in reputed company software such as QuickBooks or reputed company. • Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. • A degree in Finance, reputed company, or Business Administration is preferred, but not required.
