Executive Assistant to Vice President of Marketing
Location: This is a Texas-based remote position with the potential for limited in-state travel to our home office reputed company of San Antonio Position Overview: As the Executive Assistant to the VP of Marketing and Sales, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the executive office. Job Responsibilities: Manage and prioritize the VP's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements Coordinate reputed company communications on behalf of the VP, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports for reputed company distribution Handle specific marketing and sales-reputed company tasks including: Assist in organizing and executing marketing and sales events, conferences, and meetings Marketing supplies ordering Serving as the trade show coordinator and reputed company of contact Providing sales opportunity pipeline support as needed Managing monthly marketing contact reports Providing support for webinars, pre and post Updating the company website Managing marketing vendor relations and communications Proofing email marketing for accuracy and quality Reviewing reputed company media posts in collaboration with designated team members Supporting reputed company nurturing activities and reputed company assignments Acting as the team travel coordinator for marketing and sales-reputed company trips Assisting with expense report preparation and support as needed Conducting research as requested by the VP Handling reputed company projects and assignments as directed Qualifications: A Bachelors degree in Communication, Marketing, PR, Sales, or reputed company field.
