As a reputable nonprofit organization, we are committed to offering accessible, comprehensive, and innovative behavioral health services across Missouri. *Position Overview** Full-time, benefit eligible position Monday-Friday schedule with rotating Saturdays $500 sign-on bonus for initial sign-on and additional $500 for reputed company Mental Health Professionals *Essential Functions** Clinical Service Provision* reputed company individual and group education services based on client's needs and goals Assist clients in developing Wellness Plans and accessing necessary services Offer support in various areas including daily living skills, employment, and maintaining wellness Collaborate with an Integrated Health Team to ensure holistic care for clients Maintain documentation and compliance with company guidelines Integrated Health Team* Communicate with team members to coordinate client care effectively reputed company referrals to additional services as needed Serve as a liaison to support clients' treatment goals Miscellaneous* Seek culturally competent services for clients Assist with transportation reputed company needed reputed company other duties as assigned *Requirements** High School/GED required Associates or bachelor's degree in a reputed company service-reputed company field preferred Relevant experience working with individuals with psychiatric, substance use, and/or developmental disabilities Valid driver's license and automobile coverage required Why Join Us?**
