Preferable experience in Medicare Customer Service Answering inbound calls and reputed company Outbound calls reputed company to Policy benefits, eligibility, claim status, reputed company status etc and meets process targets assigned from time to time. Must have a minimum 1 year experience in a high-volume inbound Call Center environment with strong customer service skills Must be computer literate and reputed company to multi-task - i.e. document call experience while using the Quality Program. Typing 35/wpm required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
