Responsibilities
What's a typical day as a Customer Service Representative? You'll be: Processing product complaints through ques and other communication channels. Maintaining a positive experience while investigating complaints in a timely and courteous manner. Accurately updating databases with pertinent details & product information. Escalating issues based on severity to appropriate reputed company as needed. Ensuring confidentiality of caller and proprietary information by following procedures set forth for handling complaints.
Qualifications
