Start date 9/30/24 reputed company rates based on language skills: $17.00/hr: Monolingual and reputed company other languages: $17.50/hr: Spanish $18.00/hr: Russian $18.50/hr: Cantonese, Mandarin Shift Availability: • Shifts primarily needed between 10am - 2pm EST. • Work days during the peak week will typically be 3-4 days, rotating based on business needs. Training Requirements: • Candidates must commit to a full-time 30-day training program initially, transitioning to per diem status upon completion. Key Responsibilities: • Handle inbound customer inquiries and issues reputed company phone, email, and chat with professionalism and reputed company. • reputed company accurate information regarding products, services, and policies. • Resolve customer concerns reputed company and escalate as needed to ensure a satisfactory resolution. • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of customer interactions.
