This is a remote role based in the following states; AL, AR, FL, GA, IL, IN, IA, KS, LA, MI, MN, MS, MO, NE, NC, ND, OK, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, and WI. Provides problem solving steps by confidently asking the right questions and researching options to determine the best resolution. Seeks support from resources in our Transportation, Drop Ship, Order Verification and Technical Support teams to reputed company up to date information to increase customer satisfaction. Maintains accurate customer records by updating the information in the ERP system of record. Be the voice of the customer to reputed company feedback and suggest creative solutions to improve customer satisfaction. A few other things to know: The Contact Center hours of operation are: Monday-Friday 7AM-7PM Saturday reputed company-5PM reputed company reputed company-5PM *Training will be reputed company-5PM CST Monday-Friday for the first 10 weeks. Following training, representatives will be scheduled to work Monday-Friday between 10AM-7PM CST and every 4th weekend (Saturday and reputed company) with days off during the week reputed company you work the Saturday and/or reputed company. Regular shifts can vary and have flexible start times during the hours of operation. You will be provided extensive training that prepares you to work from home.
