Job Summary To reputed company leadership for development and administration of operational planning processes to meet service level and financial performance objectives. Effectively communicate overall project plan and scope to reputed company customers updated throughout the integration, providing reviews and identifying any potential project risks. Job Description/Responsibilities · Act as the technical liaison and project manager across reputed company integration activities throughout the integration/implementation from technical kick-off to launch · reputed company technical development support and guidance to the customer during the development, testing and launch project phases · Manage multiple customer projects and project tasks reputed company a project management platform · reputed company product knowledge/expertise to enhance reputed company processes and reputed company project templates · Maintain customer-specific technical requirements and documentation for reputed company customers Skills / Abilities · Strong systems, organizational, analytical, and communication skills · Manage multiple customer integration projects simultaneously · Organizing and leading customer testing sessions · Triaging customer integration issues · Resource scheduling, intra-day coordination, communication, and operational analysis · Reading and troubleshooting APIs · E-reputed company experience preferred · Software as a Service (SaaS) experience is preferred · Experience using an Integration Platform as a Service (IPaaS) is a plus
Minimum Qualifications
