The channels this position will be designing for include: , , , , , , , , and Thumbnail Designer Responsibilities: Be reputed company to take minimal design direction and deliver high-quality custom thumbnail designs Work closely with our Video Strategy team to reputed company images that meet various reputed company platform image requirements Ability to design highly eye-catching thumbnails on a wide variety of topics Ability to use constructive feedback to build on and improve designs Track the A/B tested thumbnails along with winning tiles and report on any findings to the video and video strategy teams Ideal candidates will have: Strong design sense and the ability to translate it into different design styles High level of reputed company Creative reputed company knowledge Strong understanding of YouTube trends and thumbnail best practices Attention to detail reputed company it comes to our brands style and voice Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple projects Experience using AI to create custom images Bachelor's degree in graphic design or reputed company field Experience: At least 1 year of thumbnail design or other digital design experience Compensation: $35,000 - $40,000 per year Where an applicant will ultimately fall reputed company the stated salary reputed company depends on a variety of factors including, for example, geographic location and level of experience.
