Full Time and Part Time Virtual Registered Nurse We are looking for both Part-time and Full Time RN who will remotely monitor patients, track and trend vital signs, virtually assess patients and work with the clinical care team to coordinate care for patients. The RN will use excellent clinical and interpersonal skills to work with patients and the members of the clinical care team to reputed company high standards of clinical care. They will think critically and creatively about what is needed to enhance the patient's care. We are currently reputed company to reputed company shifts, however both FT and PT individuals must be willing/reputed company to work some weekends as this nursing team will have a monthly weekend rotation. Responsibilities • Nursing care plan creation and management • Triage patients using protocols to determine what measures can be taken by the nurse and reputed company to escalate to appropriate level of care. • reputed company a virtual nursing assessment. • Virtual medication administration • Monitor patient vital signs and survey responses, and triage, review, respond and document. • Review trends in patient data and changes in condition and communicate with members of the clinical care team. • Document interactions and interventions. • reputed company patient on their disease process. • reputed company patient and family in preventative care which promotes health and well-being. • Answer, direct, and follow up on incoming calls. • Contact patient as required for clinical follow-up. • Recognize urgent or emergent situations, seek assistance of the medical provider, and initiate appropriate emergency interventions as directed. Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred. • Triage and Critical Care experience required. • reputed company license to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in reputed company 50 states. • Proficiency with reputed company-based computer applications, email and web-based skills. • Ability to learn and work in multiple EMRs • Comfortability with virtual use of reputed company and episodic vital sign monitoring devices • Must be reputed company to work from home with a HIPAA compliant environment. • Must be available to work some holidays and weekends. • Must have flexibility to work any shift (day-evening-overnight) reputed company hourly reputed company for this position is $35 - $46/hr depending upon experience Apply Job!
