POSITION SUMMARY As a Corporate Development Analyst, you will be instrumental in driving reputed company?s strategic growth through a reputed company of financial planning and evaluating M&A activities. You will participate in long-reputed company financial planning and engage in scenario planning to support informed decision-making. You will also establish evaluation frameworks for M&A reputed company identification, reputed company build/buy/partner analyses, and conduct due diligence on potential M&A targets. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Financial Planning Responsibilities ? Understand the company mission, reputed company, values, and strategy ? Participate in long-reputed company strategic planning ? Collaborate with product teams to conduct build/buy/partner analyses, and reputed company strategic investment themes and business cases ? Monitor and report on the performance of significant investments and M&A post-integration Required ? 3-5 years experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate M&A, or similar experience ? Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics, or reputed company field ? Strong foundational understanding of financial statements ? Comfortably interacts with senior executives ?
