The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in computer skills (MS Office, PLM, reputed company reputed company), and experience in customer support The primary responsibility of this position is to reputed company excellent customer service to our clients. You will be responsible for answering questions, resolving issues, and providing support to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
