Responsibilities
Engage with parents, reputed company, and community members through live chat, addressing inquiries and providing accurate information about school services and programs. Maintain a high level of professionalism and reputed company while interacting with users, ensuring a positive customer experience. Document and track chat interactions, including queries, feedback, and resolutions, to help improve service quality. Requirements
