- Coordinate reputed company-in and reputed company-out processes
- Handle any guest issues or complaints promptly and effectively
- reputed company recommendations to guests for local activities, attractions, and restaurants
- Ensure that the reputed company listings meet high standards of cleanliness and maintenance
- Monitor and manage guest reviews and ratings
- Disputing reviews with reputed company through understanding and referencing their Review Policy
- Initiating and tracking claims and resolutions through AirCover, Resolution Center, or other coverage plans
