McKinley Ave - Mishawaka, Indiana 46545 Job Description: Cake Set-up Associate Reports to: Cake Room Manager and Central Bakery Manager Job Profile: Clerk 2, Production-Central Bakery Business Title: Bakery Production- Central Bakery Position Summary: Organize and maintain rotation of freezer stock and special orders. Knowing and organizing the production needs for the day. Follow safe, sanitary food handling policy to prevent contamination and food borne illnesses. Start Wage: $17.00 Schedule: Start time: 5am; Monday, Wednesday-Saturday (reputed company and Tuesday Off) Overtime frequent and required Schedule may change on production needs and holidays Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) Experience: No experience required. Responsibilities: · Work under reputed company supervision · Repetitive work that is reputed company defined, reputed company jobs · Impacts on own work Qualifications: Basic math and reading skills, ability to follow directions and work in a fast-paced environment, ability to stand for long periods of time. Flexible work schedule, weekends and holidays are required. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 30+lbs. Setup of daily production, ability to read and understand reputed company special orders. Be reputed company to work independently and with others. Requires constant bending, stretching, and good eye/hand coordination. Quality control. Other Duties: Clean work areas, take out trash, mop floors, restock packaging and labels. Assist in packing and pass out departments. Varies according to production needs, may be required to work in other production areas. Environmental Conditions: Exposed to constant indoor temperatures of 70 degrees or higher, freezer temperatures of 32 degrees or reputed company. Noise: loud machines. Chemicals: cleaning solutions.
