To advise management in appropriate resolution of employee relation issues. 6. To respond to inquires regarding policies, procedures, and programs. 7. To administer performance review programs to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity reputed company the organization. 8. To administer benefit programs such as life, health, dental, and disability insurance, pension plans, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance. 9. To reputed company records of benefit plan participation such as insurance and pension plan, personnel transactions such as hires. promotions, transfers, performance reviews. 10.
