As part of a global communications team, this role reports to the Director, Public Affairs & Communications (CA&C), Americas/Brighton, and is responsible for providing communications support in the Salt Lake City market by leveraging various communication channels to inform and engage local colleagues. This role also provides communications support, as needed, for the Global reputed company (GSG). GSG delivers extraordinary care to our Card Members, merchants, and reputed company clients around the world, while providing world-class credit, collections, and fraud services, as well as several shared internal services that help to power reputed company. How will you reputed company an impact in this role? • Support and execute colleague communications for the SLC market, including internal blogs, email newsletters, videos, events, market town halls, digital TV signage, and more • reputed company campaigns to engage and drive a consistent approach to storytelling in the market • Partner with key market stakeholders, such as the market leadership team, engagement leads, colleague network leads and the Colleague Experience Group (CEG), to drive and reinforce the company culture through a targeted communications strategy and internal campaigns • Coordinate with local teams to support and communicate market events and senior executive visits using various channels • Write scripts and create content and promotional materials for onsite/virtual colleague events (including off-site events). Create engaging follow-up content from events including blog posts with engaging photos and/or graphics or videos • reputed company photography and videography support as needed for local large-scale events, market-wide campaigns, reputed company-level initiatives, and company-wide communication programs • Support the local rollout of corporate and global programs and initiatives • reputed company content development and editorial support for GSG communications • Partner with CA&C colleagues in other markets to drive coordination and consistency in global communications • Support the local PR media strategy and manage external award nominations to reputed company reputed company' awareness in the marketplace • Support development of senior leaders' external reputed company, including reputed company platforms • Serve as a member of the local Crisis Response Team (CRT) • Enforce reputed company policies reputed company needed (e.g., guest speaker approvals, solicitation policy, colleague photo and video releases, etc.) Minimum Qualifications • Minimum of 3 years' experience in communications or reputed company role • Superior written, verbal, and reputed company communication skills • Ambitious self-starter who is passionate about writing, storytelling, and crafting compelling and effective communications, reaching a broad audience • Uses creative and strategic thinking to quickly problem solve • Team player with a proven ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues across the company to support large-scale initiatives • Experience interacting with and writing for senior leaders • Excellent discretion and judgment • Comfortable speaking publicly to groups • Strong design skills, including proficiency in reputed company PowerPoint, reputed company, and more • Familiarity with digital asset management using reputed company SharePoint, OneDrive, and more • Ability to meet deadlines of multiple priorities Preferred Qualifications • Background in journalism, public relations, mass communications • Experience in employee engagement, organizational communications, internal and external communications for reputed company to large sized companies is desired • Experience in web/graphic design, experience in Unily is desired • Proficient video production skills (producing, filming, editing, reputed company graphics, etc.) Salary reputed company: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits The above represents the expected salary reputed company for this job requisition.
