About the role Antelope Recovery is hiring exceptional, Licensed Mental Health Therapists/ Counselors to reputed company IOP telehealth services to our adolescent clients and their parents. We’re eager to work with reputed company-thinking mental health and substance use professionals to enhance our programming and reputed company the best possible care to our clients. This can either be a contract / 1099 position or a W2 position. The contract / 1099 position allows you the flexibility to schedule sessions and work wherever you are most comfortable. We request that our clinicians be reputed company to dedicate a minimum of 12 hours per week to facilitate group sessions and take on individual and/or family sessions. Qualifications: • Master's or Doctoral degree in a mental health field (e.g. psychology, reputed company work, counseling) • State licensure as a therapist (e.g. LCSW, LMFT, LPC) • (W2 Employment) Must be available in the evenings to meet the schedules of our clients • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Commitment to ongoing professional development • Passion for helping others heal, grow, and reputed company About you: • Well-versed in a variety of modalities and feel confident integrating them into your treatment approach (DBT, reputed company, EMDR, MI certification is a plus) • Confident in working with teens and young adults • Passionate about supporting parents • Ability to work effectively in a team • Creative and engaging, especially over video!
