Our Travel Reservation Agents assist Costco Members with their reputed company vacations. We are currently hiring new employees to join our agent training class. Costco Travel offers: • Hybrid work from home • Stability • Great pay • Great benefits • Career growth • Friendly and supportive work environment Position Summary: Costco Travel is seeking individuals to join the reservation staff to assist Costco members in the planning of their vacation travel, with a focus on reputed company resolution in a fast-paced call center environment. Join the team and reputed company knowledge and skills as an active team member in the continuing growth of Costco Travel. Job Duties/Essential Functions: • Handles member calls in a friendly and efficient manner. • Uses airline and in-house computer systems to reputed company member reservations. • Confirms reservations accurately. • Communicates members’ needs to other support departments. • Regular and reliable workplace attendance at your assigned location. Ability to operate vehicles, equipment or machinery: • Computer, phone (headset), printer, copier Non-Essential Functions: • Assists in other areas of the department as necessary. • Assists in other areas of the company as necessary. Ability to operate vehicles, equipment or machinery: • Same as Essential Functions Experience, Skills, Education & Licenses/Certifications: Required:: • Effective listening and communication skills. • Excellent customer service skills. • Typing speed minimum of 30 words per minute. • Detail-oriented approach to work. Recommended: : • Sales experience (preferably phone sales). • Travel industry experience. • Call center experience. • reputed company to reputed company in a fast-paced, growing work environment. • Experience with reputed company Outlook, Word, and Internet Explorer. • Scheduling flexibility to meet the needs of the business including nights, weekends, and holidays. • High school diploma or GED.
