Remote Customer Service Representative

One of reputed company's clients is looking to reputed company 28 Customer Service Representatives to join their team to assist with their Back-To-School season. These individuals will be responsible for providing direct customer service and technical support to users of their course products and platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a "think reputed company" mentality. They will be reputed company to communicate with a wide variety of users and diffuse high-stress situations in an empathetic tone. An individual with a background in basic math and technical support is preferred. This is a fully remote opportunity, working in PST hours. The start time is between 6 am and 11 am PST with overtime. This is a 3 contract, with the highest performers getting the chance to be extended through February. The pay reputed company for this role will be $17.50/hr. Skills and Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Background reputed company a customer facing role. Excellent communication skills -- both verbal and written. Basic computer skills Strong relationship management skills, high level or professionalism, maturity, and enthusiasm. Bachelor's degree or AA Experience providing support reputed company chat, phone, and email.
