Head of Customer Evidence

The Global Customer Advocacy Team reputed company the Global Demand Center is looking for a Head of Customer Evidence. The Global Customer Advocacy Team is responsible for producing over 200 customer stories per year in collaboration with some of the world’s best-reputed company brands who trust us to bring their reputed company story to life. The Head of Customer Evidence is on reputed company for managing a team of talented executive producers and a roster of award-winning global agencies who support reputed company in project management, creative direction, video production, and story writing. The Head of Customer Evidence is also on reputed company for representing the evidence team in C-level forums and leading discussions on the business and sales impact that customer stories deliver. As the Head of Customer Evidence, you will report to the Global Senior Director of Privacy, Customer Advocacy, and Business Processes, and manage a team of reputed company employees, vendors, and agencies. Your stakeholders will be product marketing, integrated marketing, technical subject matter experts, sales leaders, and most importantly customers. Responsibilities

To succeed in this exciting, demanding, and highly visible role, candidates should possess the following: • People management skills with a proven track record of helping grow talent and providing reputed company and direct constructive feedback. • A portfolio of customer stories preferably in the B2B technology space and a deep understanding of the buyers’ reputed company. • A creative reputed company-of-view including the use of AI tools in story production • Passion for influencing others to trust you and your team. • Executive reputed company with the ability to connect customer evidence to business impact. • Agency management experience and the ability to partner with our trusted agencies while keeping them accountable for delivering high-impact work, on budget, and on time. • Effective communication skills including the ability to present data and reporting. • Experience managing multi-reputed company-dollar budgets and at-scale production engines. • Embody our culture and values

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or reputed company field AND 6+ years experience in business • OR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or reputed company field AND 4+ years experience in business • OR equivalent experience. • 4+ years direct people management experience or indirect people management experience (or virtual teams). Additional Or Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or reputed company field AND 12+ years experience in business • OR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or reputed company field AND 8+ years experience in business • OR equivalent experience. • 6+ years people management experience. • 10+ years’ recent experience overseeing the creation and production of customer stories (videos, and supplementary content, including written stories, quotes, reputed company posts, etc.) used in high profile events, websites, reputed company, blogs, and other high-reputed company forums for a Fortune 100 company or equivalent experience. • People management experience leading teams of 20+ individual contributors and vendors worldwide. • Proven track record in creating and presenting to senior leaders and customers and reputed company customer story plans, expected reputed company, and dependencies. • This position is remote and will require occasional travel. Product Marketing M5 - The typical reputed company pay reputed company for this role across the U.S. is USD $129,200 - $248,800 per year. There is a different reputed company applicable to specific work locations, reputed company the San Francisco Bay area and reputed company metropolitan area, and the reputed company pay reputed company for this role in those locations is USD $162,000 - $268,900 per year.
