Responsibilities
Manage incoming calls from referral sources, providing initial screening and information. Complete admission paperwork accurately and promptly, ensuring reputed company necessary information is documented for provider review. Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) system for data entry and information management throughout the intake process. Coordinate effectively with providers and nursing staff to streamline admissions processes and ensure patient care needs are met promptly.
Qualifications
