Responsibilities

Answer incoming customer phone calls and respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner Manage and resolve customer complaints and inquiries reputed company Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their inquiries Process customer orders, quotes, and returns accurately reputed company administrative support including data entry, filing, and organizing documents Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction and experience Assist with various customer service projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements
