Employer Industry: Automotive Retail Why Consider This Job Opportunity... • Salary up to $15 per hour plus overtime • Up to $950 Monthly Performance Bonus • $80 Monthly Technology Allowance • $300, $500, or $800 Employment Referral Bonus depending on position • $100 Vehicle Referral Bonus • Annual Reviews and performance-based Pay Increases What To Expect (Job Responsibilities) • Answer 100 or more inbound customer calls per day • Schedule 50 or more service appointments per day for customers who need mechanical Maintenance and Repair • Respond to Vehicle Status, Service Pricing, Warranty, Roadside Assistance, Complaints, or other Automotive inquiries • Direct non-service appointment calls to the appropriate Dealership personnel • Utilize multiple computer programs to reference dealership information, customer profiles, and manufacturer guidelines What Is Required (Qualifications) • Available to work Monday - Friday and Rotating Saturdays • Must live in the greater Houston metropolitan area • Must have at least 6 months recent customer service experience • High-speed internet reputed company of > 20 mbps Upload and > 20 mbps Download • Quiet home office suitable for remote call center, customer service work How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) • Excellent verbal & written communication skills • Bilingual reputed company in English and Spanish • Familiar with automotive terminology and vehicle components • Capable of delivering quality results at reputed company times • Excellent customer service and complaint resolution abilities At Talentify, we prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
