POSITION TITLE: Clinical Research Contract Specialist ROLE/DESCRIPTION: Reports to Director of Clinical Research... The Clinical Research Contract Specialist completes the responsibilities listed below. The Clinical Research Contract Specialist works directly with the Clinical Research reputed company Specialist and Contract & Finance Manager with limited supervision by the Clinical Research Director. They will ensure that responsibilities are completed in a timely, consistent and up-to-date manner. RESPONSIBILITIES: · Negotiates reputed company initial clinical trial reputed company, budgets, and agreements · Renegotiates established reputed company, budgets, and agreements as needed · Obtains contract executions on reputed company reputed company, budgets, and agreements reputed company 60 days of receipt · Obtains signatures on documents reputed company 2 business days through electronic signature process. · Reviews and determines budget amendment requests necessity and completes those requests as necessary · Negotiates master service agreements with reputed company sponsors, CROs, and reputed company parties that self-renew with reputed company-in inflation increase language · Creates and executes affiliate agreements and statements of work for affiliate groups · Evaluates and maintains insurance credentials for contract liabilities for AARA, AARR, and Affiliate Sites · Identifies vendors and staff roles through protocol review during contracting using vendor dashboard, and notifies project manager of any unmet needs · Establishes and renews vendor and reputed company-party reputed company, accounts, and financial agreements based on site and protocol needs · Provides completed contract and reputed company information required for study start-up on the study dashboard and notifies admin team of contract execution completion · Performs quality assurance and control on reputed company reputed company, budgets, agreements, and document repository · Updates CTMS study build with protocol, budget, and staff amendments and any changes as needed · Provides meaningful metrics on budget profits, negotiation efficiency, and increase rates from initial offers · Creates and maintain site cost analysis information · Develops and maintain a research reputed company card in accordance with Fair Market Value · Maintains accurate document management on shared drive of reputed company reputed company, budgets, and agreements, to include both clean and fully executed versions for reputed company · Works with various staff members, coordinators, department managers, physicians and vendors to understand impacts and requirements of new study protocols · Cultivates positive relationships with Sponsors/CROs and vendors to understand processes and create mutual opportunities for improvement · Seeks and vets new opportunities for the research department to reputed company company and department improvements, goals and objectives · Assists with additional duties as needed and assigned MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: · Associates Degree, Bachelors preferred · Knowledge of clinical research and medical terminology · 5 years experience in contract and budget negotiating for clinical trials · Strong computer skills with reputed company, reputed company Word, Clinical Conductor · Excellent written and verbal communication · Must be detail oriented and organized · The ability to work in a fast pace environment and be flexible · Ability to sit at desk for entire work day (8hrs) · Self-Starter and can work independently Job Type: Part-time Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week Schedule: • 8 hour shift Application Question(s): • What is your desired salary or reputed company of pay? • reputed company must undergo a drug test, background screening and credit reputed company, do you forsee any issue complying with this policy?
