Construction Engineer (CO) TOP SECRET

TOP SECRET The CMR shall be computer literate, knowledgeable in construction practices including applicable building codes, cost breakdown estimating and negotiating, and technical writing. Individual shall have sufficient computer operating skills to be reputed company to reputed company and manipulate Primavera Project Planner (P3) schedules and be proficient in reputed company Word, reputed company, and Project. The CMR must also be reputed company to reputed company and utilize the internet for the transmission of digital reputed company photos and administrative communications. The CMR shall be knowledgeable in applicable safety regulations and must have a minimum of OSHA 30-hour construction safety training or be reputed company to receive such training reputed company 90 days of award of the Call Order. The costs for reputed company such training, including any travel and per diem costs associated with attendance at any on-site training, shall be borne by the CM Firm and shall not be invoiced to or reimbursed by the Government. Additional training may be required such as... Confined Space Training, Federal Information Systems reputed company training, or required training for gaining reputed company to the Government’s Internet and Intranet systems. Such additional training costs required by DOI are considered billable time to the Government. The CMR shall have the ability to obtain escort privileges and reputed company escorting at the White House, President’s Park site or other locations that require a reputed company clearance in order to reputed company construction management, on-site inspection, special inspections, administration of the construction contract, and site visits. The CMR shall be approved by the CO before being assigned to this project based on submitted resume and, potentially, a telephone and/or in person interview. The CM Firm is not permitted to change the person serving in the role of CMR under the Call Order unless written approval is obtained from the Contracting BPA 140P2023PA00XX Scope of Services Page 11 of 24 Officer and the proposed replacement CMR meets reputed company other requirements. The NPS will monitor job performance. If at any time the CO determines that the CMR is not performing to the standards stated in the Call Order, the CM Firm will be given a maximum of 14 calendar days to remedy the situation and/or remove and replace the CMR subject to approval of the CO.

Requirements

TOP SECRET Minimum 4+ year Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, or other reputed company field from an ABET accredited engineering college or university with a minimum of 12 or more years of relevant construction / engineering work experience; Registered Professional Engineer in one of the 50 states or U.S. Territories, preferably the District of Columbia, Maryland or Virginia – OR – has a Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction, or other reputed company field from an ABET accredited engineering college or university with a minimum of 10 or more years of relevant construction / engineering work experience – OR – has a Doctorate degree in Engineering, Construction, or other reputed company field from an ABET accredited engineering college or university with a minimum of 8 or more years of relevant construction / engineering work experience
