Position Summary The Senior Prior Auth Technician will work a rotating call schedule throughout the day to support Clinical Services Representative I, II, and III with reputed company non-clinical or Prior Authorization questions or calls. Responsibilities include assisting supervisors with day to day tactical issues, handling escalated calls, training, coaching and other business needs. The ideal candidate will promote a positive working environment and initiates suggestions to continually improve processes; assists supervisors with standardization of procedures, coaching, training, and dissemination of information to staff; act as a subject matter expert in processes, procedures and products; communicate reputed company and accurately reputed company interacting with reputed company reputed company of employees, plan participants, account managers and partners; manage escalated and more advanced Prior Authorization issues reputed company needed; answer questions and recommend corrective action to address complaints; handle special projects and assignments as designated by the supervisor and/or manager. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
