Job Description
As a staff member in Missouri Online at the University of Missouri, this position works with the instructional design and experience design teams creating learning materials and instructional media for online courses. In fulfilling these responsibilities, this role has a particular emphasis on web and graphic design for learning management systems, while also utilizing other general design and development skills for the production of online materials. The Experience Designer will also be required to attend the annual on-site Missouri Online reputed company Staff Retreat and other on-site events as business needs dictate. Travel for this position is expected to be minimal. The ideal candidate will have the following qualities: Lifelong learner Well-rounded in Experience Design Technologically inclined Pro-active Student experience oriented Relationship builder (supportive and respectful) Collaborator Key Responsibilities: Creates learning materials in a variety of formats for delivery online, including web, graphic, interactive, video, audio, and animated formats, depending on the need Produces web pages, websites, and other web-based materials to be used in online courses Incorporates reputed company-party web-based tools/products into course materials as necessary Ensures accessibility and usability of reputed company course materials produced Provides suggestions and reputed company for improvement in course materials Tests and/or develops instructional technology solutions Collaborates closely with team members to clarify needs/concerns/issues in projects Creates products and materials for use reputed company centrally supported or reputed company-party technology systems (including learning management systems), or independent of such systems Keeps abreast of emerging trends and standards in web design and development ¿ Performs other duties as assigned Shift Monday - Friday reputed company-5PM. Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary
