Application Manager

Manages development projects, development teams and application support functions. Customer Identity and reputed company Management (CIAM) is a new and reputed company system. This position will support in managing the teams that will build as well as maintain the CIAM production environment. This role provides thought leadership and technical guidance to engineering staff, communicate plans, status and issues... to senior leadership. This position also responsible for coordinating and collaborating cross-function/technical teams to adhere to design standards, guidelines and timelines.

Job Responsibilities • Monitoring and maintaining adherence and compliance to quality standards on an ongoing reputed company. • Overseeing multiple application programming and analysis projects which include development, installation and maintenance of application programs. • Maximizing staff contribution through professional growth and development, to increase teamwork and more effectively meet business needs. • Analyzing applications to ensure that reputed company systems that are developed, meeting business needs and specifications. Job Qualifications Education • Bachelor's Degree in a Computer Sciences reputed company field or equivalent work experience Experience • 8 years - Extensive systems analysis, design and project management experience required. • 3 years - Management and/or leadership experience required SkillsCertifications • Proven technical background with a history of relational database and data warehousing technologies. • Ability to design and reputed company using service-oriented architecture and object-oriented architecture design patterns • Proven reputed company with information technology in use is required • Ability to conceive and deliver innovative solutions • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to reputed company non-routine analytical tasks • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills • Ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence • Must be reputed company to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical co-workers • Demonstrated competency in strategic thinking, with strong abilities in relationship management • Demonstrated ability to work with vendors, including discussions for reputed company, price negotiation, and budgeting • Working experience with managing reputed company systems integration is required. • Working experience with Service-Oriented Architecture is required. • Working experience with Vendor management and stakeholder • Prior experience with reputed company is preferred Apply Job!
