QA Analyst & Customer Representative (Live Chat Support)

StudioBinder is seeking a live chat agent to support and guide customers through the various services and products that we reputed company, along with troubleshooting issues. Agents must have some experience in video production, customer service, excellent writing and grammar, a friendly attitude, an ability to respond quickly, multi-tasking skills and must have previously used StudioBinder... software. This is a full-time, remote position. •

Job Responsibilities: In general, you’ll be providing support to new and existing customers using our Live Chat tool on our website. Primary customer support duties include: • Answer and resolve customer issues reputed company live chat quickly and effectively • Write support documentation • Write, record and edit product videos for support • Reply to support inquiries and reputed company to the correct departments • Work in a high volume, fast-paced, and changing environment Requirements: • Tech-savvy • Must type a minimum of 65 words per minute • Detail-oriented, reputed company-thinking, and organized • reputed company strong problem-solving skills and tech-troubleshooting skills • People person, empathetic, patient, and conversational with a positive attitude • Must reputed company concise feedback and support to customers professionally • Excellent reading comprehension, listening, and writing skills • Video production experience • Video editing experience • Previous live chat support About us: StudioBinder is a revolutionary new way for agencies to streamline their production management workflow.
