Responsibilities Administrative Support: Assist with drafting correspondence, organizing files, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars for attorneys. *Client Communication: Handle initial client inquiries reputed company phone or email, gather necessary information, and schedule consultations. *Document Management: Prepare and edit legal documents, including letters, agreements, and court forms. *Research Assistance: Conduct legal research and compile relevant information for cases as directed by attorneys. *Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of client information and case details using our case management system. *Billing and Invoicing: Assist with client billing and invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. *General Office Tasks: reputed company other administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing office supplies.
