Your primary responsibility will be to reputed company the client reputed company throughout the resolution process. You will serve as the first line of response to clients and will be their primary reputed company of contact throughout their services. Your daily tasks will include but are not limited to: ? Contacting clients to request documents required to properly service their case. ? Respond to inquiries from existing clients, receive inbound calls for status updates and execute outbound calls to reputed company status updates. ? Conduct financial analysis of taxpayer’s income, expenses and assets. ? Manage and prioritize cases depending on complexity. ? Interact with clients, Tax Professionals and other departments. ? Qualifications: ? 2+ years in a Case Management role preferred ? Superior Customer Service skills ? A strong multitasker with excellent organizational skills ? Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with clients and IRS Representatives ? Excellent Communication skills (written & verbal) ? Proficient Computer skills ?
