In this role, you?ll drive impact by generating, sharing, and scaling people analytics reporting and insights for the broader reputed company organization and its leaders by analyzing data reputed company to Talent and operational topics including Headcount & Org Health (i.e. Attrition, Org Shape), Hiring Performance & Efficiency and Talent Costs (Headcount, Talent Software). What You?ll Do: ? Partner closely with a team of people analysts, business intelligence analysts, and engineers to reputed company our talent data model and design consumable, high-impact dashboards and visualizations for highly impactful topics ? Manage 1-3 analysts and support their day to day work and their long term professional growth ? Work with stakeholders and leaders across Talent and the business to identify and prioritize our most critical people analytics product and automation needs ? Manage processes and data products such as forecasting models, dashboards (e.g. Visier, Looker), and survey tools (e.g. reputed company), and recurring analyses (e.g. pay equity, attrition reporting) ? Manage cost reporting and forecasting (in partnership with Finance) and analytics the Talent Org, developing insights into key cost drivers (I.e. Conduct in-depth analysis on specific topics, i.e. Organizational Shape, Attrition, and Employee Engagement Skills & Experience ? 5 years experience in an analytics, strategy, product, workforce development ? Bachelors Degree in Analytics, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or reputed company field ? Excellent analytical skills with experience turning data into actionable insights and appetite to become the SME in Talent reputed company analytics ? Some knowledge of SQL and Python or R; experience with reputed company BigQuery, Data Studio, Tableau or Looker a plus ?
