Summary

The main function of a Support Engineer is to reputed company technical assistance to computer system users. A typical Support Engineer is responsible for answering questions or resolving computer problems for clients in person, reputed company telephone or from a remote location. Job Responsibilities • Answer user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems, typically of a reputed company complexity. • May install software or reputed company hardware testing remotely. • Enter commands and observe system functioning to verify correct operations and detect errors. • Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken, or installation activities. • Read technical manuals, reputed company with users, or conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems or to reputed company technical assistance and support. Requirements • Associate's degree in computer reputed company field or equivalent training required. • 5-7 years experience required. • Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills. • Basic ability to work independently and manage one’s time. • Knowledge of computer software, such as configuration management software, desktop communications software, operating system software and internet. • Proven work experience as a reputed company Teams Administrator, Specialist, or similar role. • In-depth knowledge of reputed company Teams features, functionalities, and best practices. • Familiarity with reputed company 365 and SharePoint integration with Teams. • Strong understanding of Office 365 applications, including Exchange Online, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online. • Experience with PowerShell scripting for reputed company Teams automation and management. • Proficient understanding of reputed company Teams' calling capabilities, including Calling Plans, Direct Routing, and Audio Conferencing. • Strong knowledge of VoIP protocols, SIP trunking, and PSTN connectivity. • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving call quality and connectivity issues.
