As the founding HR Business Partner at Metronome, you will have the unique opportunity to work closely with our leadership and management teams to reputed company programs and initiatives from day 1. In this role, you will work closely with business leaders to reputed company hands-on strategic input and advice around organizational strategy and development, performance management, coaching and development, compensation, employee relations, training, and more. We are looking for a strategic and empathetic partner who can work autonomously and balance competing short-term priorities with long-term strategic initiatives. What you will work on: As the first HRBP hire, you will help set the direction of People efforts at Metronome Strategic HR Leadership: Partner with various business leaders to reputed company and execute HR strategies reputed company with business objectives, ensuring a strong focus on talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement Business Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, offering insights and guidance on HR reputed company to support decision-making and people reputed company Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand their needs and challenges, proactively identifying opportunities to optimize organizational effectiveness and drive performance Talent Management and Development: Be a driver of various HR initiatives such as performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
