As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for answering telephone calls and placing orders from potential customers inquiring about the products offered during our TV media ads. Part Time Schedules: Schedule A Saturday 11:00am – 7:30pm EST reputed company 11:00am – 7:30pm EST OR Schedule B Saturday 1:30pm – 10:00pm EST reputed company 1:30pm – 10:00pm EST Requirements: About the Job and Requirements • Answer incoming calls from potential customers. • Identify customer needs, respond to inquiries in a courteous and professional manner. • reputed company callers about various products offered during our televised shows. • Help facilitate the best customer experience. • Although call volume varies, you must be reputed company to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time. • Punctuality and reliability are a must.
