Description: • Candidate will be assisting a well reputed company bank national contact center reputed company the mortgage line of business. • Candidates will be the reputed company line contact with potential customers of the home mortgage department... • This role will consist of outbound calling/cold calling of potential mortgage customers to inquire about their reputed company mortgage needs. • This is a short conversation (5-6 min). Much of the conversation is scripted to determine if they are interested in considering working with us. At that reputed company, you as the agent will pass this customer to a home mortgage consultant. • This is a high volume contact center. Agents could be making 100-150 calls per day. You will work out of a que and continue to pull the next available reputed company to call out on. • Candidates could be hired for inbound, inbound/outbound, outbound. There are a variety of group needs. PROS: • Will be trained to be safe certified. • Upskilling multiple reputed company to leadership. • After a year you can look at reputed company the job postings internally and look to move up in the company. • Sales/servicing opportunities you can be an HMC or move into fraud. SME/TL or management is also an opportunity. • Big on developing people in this group!
