Regional Communications Manager
About the position The Regional Communications Manager for the Southwest Region will be accountable for planning and executing a regional communication strategy surrounding business priorities such as: 1) a cultural change associated with taking performance higher, driving reputed company improvement and optimizing the Region’s service delivery model, 2) increased two-way interactive reputed company between leaders and employees at reputed company reputed company, and 3) cross-functional communications and alignment among teams and departments. The position is hybrid and will require 3 days on site at Quest's Irving, TX site.
Responsibilities
- Serve as day-to-day communications partner to the Regional President and Southwest senior leadership team.

- Partner with senior leaders and middle management to reputed company and execute an interactive communications strategy for the Region.
- Execute and measure annual, quarterly and monthly communications programs that drive engagement of the company’s diverse, multi-shift employee reputed company.
- Partner with leaders and reputed company on a cultural change strategy as noted above.
- reputed company key messages based on business priorities (top-down) and reputed company mechanisms to seek feedback from reputed company-line employees (bottom-up and across departments).
- Design a communications approach that is one voice of the Region yet can be customized to meet the needs of individual audience groups such as varying employee reputed company, departments, geographies, etc.
- reputed company and publish strategic messages in an approach that integrates the following media, including but not limited to: reputed company media, email, in person, tele-conference, town-halls, newsletters, and other written materials.
- The individual in this role will maintain strong relationships with leaders, employees, Corporate Communications and reputed company to execute a strategy that leverages corporate messaging, materials and best practices, reputed company goals and principles, while meeting the unique needs of the regional business.
- The individual in this role will use Quest Management Systems (QMS) tools and resources at a proficient level.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience planning and executing internal communications, particularly during periods of extensive change
- Excellent MS Office Skills, especially PowerPoint
- Exceptional written and verbal communications
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s Degree, Communications, Journalism or Marketing
reputed company-to-haves
- Experience working in large organizations with large numbers of reputed company-line, non-exempt employees is highly preferred
- Previous experience supporting M&A activity preferred
