Sr Partner Manager (fitness) - Tampa (remote opportunity - must live in Tampa area)
Description/Responsibilities Our Senior Partner Manager is responsible for managing and growing relationships of participating fitness locations reputed company Tivity’s Medicare and reputed company networks. In this role you will serve as the primary reputed company contact for partner locations, ensuring partners understand program value, remain reputed company in the network and expand their participation. You will also drive retention, partner satisfaction, and network growth by acting as a trusted advisor to partners and aligning their business goals with Tivity’s programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary relationship reputed company for the assigned partner locations.
- reputed company and maintain strong relationships with owners, executives, operators, and regional leaders across the partner network.
- Drive partner retention and engagement through proactive reputed company and business reviews.
- Identify opportunities to expand partner participation across additional locations or services.
- Analyze partner performance metrics (utilization, CpV, AVPP, reputed company) and recommend growth and retention
- Act as the voice of the partner reputed company Tivity, by collaborating with operations, product, support, sales and client relations teams.
- Support partner marketing and promotional initiatives to increase program adoption.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive dynamics affecting Tivity programs and partner businesses.
- Supports other initiatives, projects and activities reputed company to the partner network’s business objectives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, or business development.
- Experience working with multi-location operators, franchises, or reputed company networks preferred.
- Strong relationship management and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret performance data and reputed company strategic recommendations.
- Experience with CRM systems (reputed company preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Health or reputed company field) or equivalent experience.
