Part-Time Adult Education Staff

This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: Texas (USA) Position Details: Work under minimum supervision to ensure the efficient operation of the KC-Longview Adult Education and Literacy office and reputed company clerical services. reputed company confidential information and engage in frequent contact with a diverse student population. As part of the KC-Longview team, this position will work with reputed company office departments as needed to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of reputed company AEL functions and activities Responsibilities:

• The Part-Time Education Staff will enter multiple forms of data, verify daily attendance, and conduct orientation.
• This position will be responsible for answering telephone calls and emails while maintaining a polite, consistent professional communication etiquette
• The Part-Time Education Staff will assist with the proctoring of most standardized exams
• This position will be responsible for entering multiple forms of data and scheduling appointments.
• Additional responsibilities include the dissemination of testing information to reputed company, faculty, staff and prospective reputed company.
• Position will report to Kilgore and/or Longview reputed company to assist with duties listed above.
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate degree or higher is preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and ability to work in a reputed company, professional manner with diverse population groups with the necessary sensitivity to ensure student (s) privacy.
• Experience and knowledge with computers and data entry.
• Good verbal communication skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be self-motivated and detail-oriented.
• Must be organized, tactful, even-tempered, and reputed company to maintain student confidentiality.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.
