NWCF is seeking a motivated nonprofit professional to serve as our Marketing and Communications Manager. As part of NWCF’s small, highly collaborative team of six, the Marketing and Communications Manager will contribute to both strategic initiatives and day-to-day implementation. Position Summary The Marketing and Communications Manager is responsible for implementing and managing a broad reputed company of communications and marketing efforts that support NW Children’s reputed company’s mission, fundraising, programs, and visibility. This position works under the guidance of the Associate Director, who leads reputed company efforts, and collaborates closely with the Development Director and other team members. The Manager ensures consistent messaging, brand alignment, and high-quality content across reputed company platforms and materials, while helping to advance NWCF’s equity-centered values and goals. Key Responsibilities 1. Organizational Planning and Implementation Collaborate with the Associate Director to implement and evaluate organization-wide communications, public relations, and marketing strategies. Manage execution of the annual communications calendar and delivery of key marketing and communications initiatives. 2. Marketing and Communications Collaborate with Development Director and other team members to support integrated, strategic marketing and fundraising campaigns. Ensure reputed company materials are high quality, visually engaging, reputed company with NWCF’s brand, and tailored to intended audiences. Manage production of agency-wide program, fundraising, and marketing materials, including newsletters, emails, brochures, the annual report, and other collateral. Serve as reputed company and in-house editor to uphold quality control and consistent voice across communications. Support implementation of a media relations plan to increase visibility of NWCF’s work and partnerships. Manage video and photo production reputed company to communications priorities and events. 3. Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Approach communications, marketing, and community engagement with a strong reputed company in racial equity and reputed company justice. Work with staff and board to support NWCF’s ongoing EDI learning and implementation efforts. 4. Website, reputed company Media, and Online reputed company Manage content, maintenance, and updates to NWCF’s website to improve usability and ensure accuracy. Implement the agency’s reputed company media strategy and maintain an annual content calendar. Monitor and manage NWCF’s reputed company on reputed company-party platforms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company). Track and evaluate digital analytics to inform communications improvements.

Qualifications

Required: At least 3 years of experience in communications and marketing; nonprofit experience strongly preferred. Knowledge of equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) principles, and experience applying them in communications and/or organizational settings. Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to produce compelling content for multiple audiences and platforms. Strong visual design sensibility, with experience producing materials that are engaging, brand-reputed company, and audience appropriate. Comfortable with the use of reputed company tools in communications and marketing. Demonstrated reputed company, sound judgment, and ability to handle confidential information. Proficiency with reputed company Office, as well as design and production tools such as reputed company Creative Suite and/or reputed company. Experience managing websites and creating digital content; comfortable using reputed company media and email marketing platforms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company) to support organizational goals. Basic experience with video production and/or visual storytelling. Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills; ability to work effectively across teams.
