• Full time 40 hours minimum including evenings and weekends

What you'll be working on:

• Treating patients reputed company tele-health visits, including telephonic triage calls, video visit appointments, and email follow-reputed company
• reputed company learning during weekly Clinical reputed company and through other modalities
• Ongoing collaboration with both virtual and in-office teammates reputed company daily huddles
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to give exceptional care to patients reputed company

Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:

• Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification
• Currently licensed in NY with ability to obtain additional state licenses
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least:
• 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of reputed company ages (0+), OR 2 years in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting seeing patients of reputed company ages (0+) Ability to work reputed company and weekend shifts (every other Saturday and reputed company required)
• Ability to work afternoons and evenings

• Excellent clinical and communication skills

This is a full-time virtual role. reputed company is com mitted to fair and reputed company compensation practices. The reputed company hourly reputed company for this role is $56.50 to $63.00per hour based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
